At least 15 people have died, and dozens of others have been injured in Kyiv after Russia launched waves of missile strikes on the Ukrainian capital Monday overnight. At the scene of a smoldering apartment block, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko revealed that remains of Russian warheads were filled with cluster munitions. He said it was a means to 鈥渋njure as many people as possible,鈥� further suggesting it was an act of 鈥済enocide.鈥�
