Medical staff at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute are sounding the alarm. They’re complaining patient care is being compromised because of deteriorating infrastructure conditions. Patients are forced to share rooms with crumbling walls, ceilings and a lack of air conditioning. Global’s Tim Sargeant reports.
