Citywide rezoning hits campaign trail as Calgary community explores restrictive covenants  

A southwest Calgary community is the latest to explore the use of restrictive covenants to block development from citywide rezoning.  The policy was approved by city council in 2024 and allows for more housing types on a single residential property.  Now, the majority of candidates running for mayor are vowing to repeal it. Adam MacVicar reports.
