It was all smiles and sunshine in downtown Dartmouth as Open Street Sunday returned, transforming Portland Street into a car-free zone for an afternoon of music, games, and community connection. The event, organized by the Downtown Dartmouth Business Commission, aimed to encourage residents to explore the area safely on foot or by bike. CEO Tim Rissesco says the street party is a way to kick off summer and showcase what the community has to offer. Kendra Gannon reports.
