Buyers of a new condominium project are reeling, still waiting to move into their new homes that they say are years behind their delivery date. The new owners say they put down deposits on their future homes years ago hoping to move in by 2022. But as Tim Sargeant reports, three years later and the building is still under construction, with no opening date announced.
