Residents living on a quiet West Island street are having a harder time getting around these days. AÂ residential street is being torn up to replace the aging water mains and sewage pipes. The infrastructure repair work is considered a preventative measure to improve the underground network during a year where Pointe-Claire has seen its fair share of water main breaks.
