A group of business owners along Calgary’s iconic Stephen Avenue are threatening legal action against the city. It comes ahead of a project to revitalize the strip downtown, set to begin one day after Stampede ends. There are fears construction will bring similar issues to the ongoing work in Marda Loop, which has prompted a lawsuit. Adam MacVicar reports.Â
