Police say fentanyl is quickly becoming the drug of choice for users in Saint John, resulting in countless overdoses and numerous fatalities. The city’s experience reflects a growing trend in Canada. Of all apparent opioid toxicity deaths in the country, 74 per cent involve fentanyl. Reeti Meenakshi Rohilla reports.
