A New Brunswick spa that wanted to hold a topless swim event for women only says the province told them they need an exotic entertainment licence to hold the event. The owners say they鈥檙e appalled the government is putting their private event promoting body positivity in the same category as a strip show. Suzanne Lapointe reports.
