The Montreal mother accused of abandoning her child on the side of an eastern Ontario highway last month is now facing a new, more serious charge. The case captivated the province as hundreds of police officers searched for the toddler before she was found alive by the OPP after more than three days. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, her mother was back in court for a bail hearing.
