Alberta transportation minister, Calgary mayor trade letters over bike lanes

Bike lanes aren’t a new topic of debate in Calgary, but now the province is riding into the discussion. In a letter to Calgary’s mayor, obtained by ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½, the province’s transportation minister says he is concerned with the city’s approach to building bike lanes at the expense of vehicle lanes. As Adam MacVicar reports, a similar letter was previously sent to the City of Edmonton.
