Vancouver city council is getting set to debate a motion to lower speed limits on Vancouver side streets from 50 to 30 kilometres an hour. We speak with Walk Metro Vancouver Managing Director and former Vancouver city planner Sandy James about the initiative to slow down cars in residential neighbourhoods and potential challenges around enforcement.
