In Central Texas, a search and rescue operation is underway as crews scour the swollen Guadalupe River for more than two dozen missing individuals, swept away by severe flooding. Among the missing are more than 20 girls from Camp Mystic, which was severely impacted by flash floods. The catastrophe has resulted in at least 32 fatalities, including 14 children.
