Fundraising needed to send deaf and hard of hearing athletes to summer games in Japan: ‘I’d hate to turn anyone down’

The Canadian Deaf Sports Association hopes to send 48 deaf and hard of hearing athletes to Tokyo to compete at the upcoming Deaflympics this fall. With a price tag of $5,000 per athlete, the CDSA is pleading for donors and sponsors to step up.
