Texas floods death toll rises to 70, 10 campers still missing

In Texas, officials continue their search for missing individuals following devastating flash floods that occurred on Friday. The confirmed death toll has risen to at least 70, including more than 20 children, with 10 young girls from a Christian summer camp still unaccounted for. In response to the flooding, U.S. President Donald Trump has declared a major disaster to facilitate state and local recovery efforts. Residents in affected areas are being advised to relocate to higher ground as the search and recovery operations persist. Candice Cole reports.
