A teenager from Montreal is offering free haircuts to help youth affected by the war in Ukraine. The idea came to him after he gave free haircuts to young refugees from the country a few months ago. Moved by their stories about the war, the young barber decided to donate his summer job earnings to aid students there. He believes this is a way for him to acknowledge how fortunate he is and to give back to those in need. Phil Carpenter has the story.
