Ontario Premier Doug Ford on Monday detailed what he called two 鈥渢ransformative鈥 memoranda of understanding on energy and trade infrastructure between his province and Alberta. Ford said the provinces would work together to build new pipelines and rail lines to connect Albertan oil and gas to Eastern markets and carry Ontario critical minerals to Western refineries. He also touted a potential new deep sea port in northern Ontario.
