Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha alongside Texas Gov. Ted Cruz and other officials spoke Monday on the catastrophic flooding in the state. He confirmed 10 campers and one councillor remain missing from Camp Mystic. Kerrville City Manager Dalton Rice said the camp’s rural location made communication a challenge. “A lot of those areas don’t have cell service… Radio towers within the hill country becomes very challenging.”
