White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Monday that President Trump will be signing an executive order later in the day, delaying the July 9 deadline he had imposed for the imposing of reciprocal tariffs to Aug. 1. She added that South Korea and Japan have already agreed to 25 per cent tariffs beginning on August 1.
