A convicted murderer, 69-year-old Lori Bill Germa, who escaped from a Quebec prison may currently be in southern Ontario. The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have indicated that he might be in the South Bruce or Hanover area, located east of Lake Huron. His escape marks him as the second convicted killer to flee from Quebec’s Archambault prison in recent weeks.
