According to Melanoma Canada, skin cancer is now one of the fastest-growing cancers among young Canadians, with a 17 per cent increase in reported cases last year. For people aged 15 to 29, melanoma is now the fourth most common cancer in the country. Krista Rubin, a nurse practitioner at the Center for Melanoma at Massachusetts General Hospital, joins Candace Daniel to discuss how we can protect ourselves.
