Salary range for Calgary’s top city bureaucrat sees 36% top-end increase

The range of how much the City of Calgary pays its top bureaucrat is seeing a big change and could reach nearly $500,000 in the future, according to the city’s annual financial statements.  As Adam MacVicar reports, some on city council and others running for mayor are calling for more public transparency in how those decisions are made.
