The mother of Devon Marsman, a Halifax teen who went missing and was found dead last year, is speaking out after being denied a federal benefit. She was hoping to rely on it to attend upcoming court appearances. Five people were charged in connection with her 16-year-old son’s murder, and trials are expected to begin in 2026 and 2027.
