Union wants province to step in after NSCC layoffs

The Nova Scotia Government and General Employees Union (NSGEU)  is calling for the province to step in after the NSCC laid off 27 food services employees. The layoffs come as a result of changes in providers at the community college. But the union doesn’t think their budgets should be balanced on the backs of the lowest earners. Angela Capobianco reports.
