The Montreal woman accused of abandoning her three-year-old daughter in a ditch along an Ontario highway has been denied bail. After a week of deliberation, a Quebec Superior Court judge read his decision at the Valleyfield courthouse this morning. And as Dan Spector tells us, the accused got very emotional.
