The number of Palestinians killed near aid distribution sites in Gaza is drawing international condemnation, amidst staggering death tolls around what should be safe zones for civilians and only a trickle of aid reaching those in need.
The European Union announced Friday, a deal with Israel to allow more food and fuel into the region.
