Victoria business owner concerned with response from B.C.’s Racist Incident Helpline

A Victoria business owner is raising concerns with B.C.’s Racist Incident Helpline. He called the newly established hotline after an incident at the Victoria Pride Parade, but feels the call taker was not properly trained. Richard Zussman has the story.
