Toronto faced dual weather alerts today, as wildfire smoke triggered an air quality warning on top of an ongoing heat warning from Environment Canada. Although the air quality warning has since been downgraded, health officials say risks remain. At its peak Monday, Toronto ranked as having the second worst air quality in the world.
