Parts of the U.S. Northeast are drying out after deadly flash flooding. Record breaking, torrential rain inundated the New York City area Monday night, pouring into subways, submerging roadways and leaving drivers stranded. And at least two people were killed in New Jersey after their car was swept into a brook.
