Following the increased frequency of storm-induced flooding, both municipal authorities and residents have begun to take preventative steps to protect their property against rainwater flooding. But experts caution that there is no one size fits all solution and that sometimes property owners may have to face some harsh realities. Phil Carpenter reports.
