National Chief Cindy Woodhouse and regional leaders called for urgent investment to close a $350 billion infrastructure gap, meaningful amendments to Bill C-5, and long-term solutions to youth suicide and mental health crises in Indigenous communities. Woodhouse said recent legislation shows First Nations are still being left out and that must change.
