Moe urges premiers to join New West Partnership to strengthen national trade
Description
At a press conference on Thursday, Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe called on all Canadian premiers to join the New West Partnership Trade Agreement. Moe said expanding the deal would eliminate interprovincial trade barriers, improve labour mobility, and help Canadian companies grow. 鈥淭he quickest, the simplest, and the most straightforward way to achieve free and fair trade across the nation of Canada is to expand the New West Partnership,鈥 he said. The call comes as Saskatchewan celebrates Crestline鈥檚 50th anniversary, a company Moe held up as an internal trade success story.
