For nearly a year-and-a-half, an Ontario mother has been fighting to bring home her young son from Vietnam after he was taken there by his father, who is wanted in a parental abduction investigation. As Caryn Lieberman reports, Heather McArthur is doing everything she can to find her child but wonders why the Canadian government isn’t.
