Parents and school boards still outraged despite Quebec’s promise to reinvest in education

Quebec’s education minister is backtracking on his decision to reduce spending. The government is now re-investing $540 million for student services, after recently announcing it would cut that amount. But as Franca Mignacca reports, this latest move offers little relief to concerned parents and school boards.
