Moncton family frustrated with accessible parking spaces being taken by those who don’t need them

A Moncton woman is fed up with accessible parking spaces being taken up by those who don’t need them. Cassie Martin’s family had to move out of an apartment building sooner than they’d planned because the lack of access was causing problems for her stepson who uses a wheelchair.
