It was 20 years ago, just up the street from Canada’s busiest shopping centre on Boxing Day — one of the busiest days of the year, that a shooting shocked the country. One of the gunmen convicted in her death — Jeremiah Valentine — was released on full parole in January. Now, he’s allegedly struck once again. Global’s Jeff Semple reports.
