The federal government is investing almost $80 million to improve access to health care in French outside of Quebec. This has been an ongoing issue in New Brunswick, which is Canada鈥檚 only officially bilingual province, as the recruitment of Francophone nurses has been a huge struggle for the Vitalite Health Network. Suzanne Lapointe reports.
