Quebec’s clarification of regulations on upcoming residential pools comes as relief to some homeowners

With new pool safety regulations set to take effect on Sept. 30, there are growing concerns that some of the rules are unclear and costly. But today, in the middle of National Drowning Prevention week, the Quebec government published a clarification to remind homeowners of their responsibilities. As Felicia Parrillo reports, for some pool owners, it could mean saving thousands of dollars.
