Toronto city council spent most of their final meeting before summer break discussing logistics surrounding six new shelters slated to open by 2030. As Jaden Lee-Lincoln reports, council is also discussing proposed Rent Safe signs designed to hold negligent landlords accountable for rental units with poor living conditions through a grading system.
