Vancouver expands liquor sales hours

New changes are coming to Vancouver’s night life as restaurants and bars can soon apply to be able to serve alcohol until 4am in the downtown core. Areas outside downtown Vancouver will also see times extended to 3am on weekend and 2am every other night.
