BC SPCA takes in 33 surrendered animals from Nanaimo home

The BC SPCA has taken in dozens of cats and dogs that were surrendered from a property in Nanaimo. The organization says the animals were living in unsanitary conditions, not receiving adequate food and water and all were riddled with fleas.
