Quebec’s English school boards are once again threatening legal action against the provincial government. The Quebec English School Boards Association says sweeping cuts to education and restrictions on how school boards can spend their own money are putting students and teachers at risk. As Felicia Parillo explains, they say turning to the courts may be their only option.
