Two children were killed and two others were hospitalized in critical condition after a barge struck a sailboat off the coast of Miami, Fla. on Monday. According to Coast Guard Sector Miami Commanding Officer Capt. Frank Florio III, the collision occurred near Hibiscus Island at around 11:27 a.m., when the barge hit a summer camp sailboat belonging to the Miami Yacht Club.
