Business owners in the heart of Montreal’s garment district are speaking out about a new addition to the neighbourhood: bike paths. Over a month ago, some parking was removed and swapped for bike paths. As Felicia Parrillo reports, some say they just don’t make sense in an area where deliveries are so frequent.
