Police in Montreal are investigating two separate violent incidents that left one woman dead and another seriously injured on Sunday. Though the exact circumstances are not yet clear, women’s rights advocates are sounding the alarm. A young man has been arrested and charged with impaired driving. Phil Carpenter has more.
