AI metal detectors could soon be coming to Nova Scotia hospitals

The results of a security pilot project launched in the spring are in. Nova Scotia Health says a trial run of two AI-powered metal detectors at a Truro hospital was successful. And as Ella MacDonald reports, Nova Scotians could see the machines in place at various sites as early as this fall.
