Pierre Poilievre is vowing to press the Liberal government several key issues when Parliament resumes this fall, with a proposed Canadian Sovereignty Act and a call to action to push forward several energy projects. As Skylar Peters explains, his announcement comes on the eve of advance voting for a byelection in Battle River-Crowfoot, where the Conservative Party leader is hoping to regain a seat in the House of Commons.
