For some parts of Halifax, it looks like fall has come early. The leaves on some trees have turned yellow, orange and red due to the severely dry conditions throughout Nova Scotia. While the municipality and experts aren’t overly concerned, they will be if it starts to become the yearly norm. Angela Capobianco reports.
