In the hours before a total cancellation of all Air Canada flights, some passengers at Montreal’s Trudeau airport were nervous and upset. A work stoppage of all flight attendants starting Saturday morning will ground the planes as the labour conflict between the union and airline continues. As Tim Sargeant reports, neither side is showing any signs of making concessions to resume contract talks, leaving passengers caught in the middle.
