German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said Monday that Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a phone call with U.S. President Donald Trump, to take place within two weeks. He said that would be shortly followed by a trilateral summit where Trump would be included in the talks.
